Itinerary:
Saturday: Ottawa. We'll tour the nation's capital on its great system of paved bike paths, then adjourn for dinner, orientation, and overnight.Sunday : Parliament buildings, museums, the National Art Gallery, the Rideau Canal, excellent system of bike paths. Monday : Van tour through the Gatineau Hillsa and into the Laurentian Mountains. Pick up the railtrail called "Le P’tit Train du Nord", Lac Nominigue to St-Jovite/Mont Tremblant -Mont Tremblant Park. Tuesday : Take this day to explore the beautiful Mont Tremblant mountain park on bike paths. Wednesday: Ste Jovite/Mont Tremblant to Montreal on "Le P'tit du Nord" bike path and then the cities off-road bike path system.
Thursday: We take the day to explore the city on it's great network of bikeways, Friday: Montreal to Bromont. Richelieu River and the Eastern Townships.
Saturday:Cycle Bromont to Ayers Cliff around the south end of lake Memframagog. More of the beautiful Eastern Townships.
Sunday: Cycle from Ayers Cliff to Quebec City on bike paths.
Monday: A walking tour of the old city and fortress at Quebec. Art on the streets.
